Buckhead Renovations expanded it's services to include residential development in 2008. Our first project was a large luxury mountain house in Keystone, Colorado. This was followed up by a larger beach house on 30A in Seagrove, Florida in 2012 and a second 30A house in 2016. The three properties are still owned and managed by Buckhead Renovations. Together, they total over 20,000 square feet, $10M in property value, and $700,000 in annual revenue. 

In 2018, Buckhead Renovations was selected as the General Contractor for a 5 building, 40 unit condominium development on the Snake River in Keystone, CO on land purchased from Vail Resorts.
